Blogger outreach
that actually gets replies.

Real blogger outreach service for brands and agencies. Personalized pitches to real editors and journalists in your vertical — not mass-bcc templated outreach. Earned placements, brand mentions, and editorial coverage that compounds month over month.

Why real outreach beats fake outreach

Three reasons most outreach campaigns fail.

01

Volume isn't quality

"Sent 5,000 emails this month" is not a metric. Response rate on personalized pitches is. We optimize for the latter, even if the absolute volume looks small.

02

Relationships compound

An editor who places you once often places you again. We invest in 5-10 publications per campaign rather than spraying 500 cold pitches. The repeat-placement ratio compounds over 6+ months.

03

Earned coverage beats links

Mentions of your brand on trusted publications signal authority to AI engines even without a link. We optimize for earned coverage, not just link acquisition — the SEO benefit follows.

The outreach workflow

From kickoff to placements.

Month 1 — Setup + research

Target list + pitch foundation

Vertical research: 50-150 target publications, journalists, and editorial contacts mapped. Sender domain warmed if new. Pitch angles brainstormed and approved by you. First 20-30 personalized pitches sent in week 3-4. First 2-4 placements typically land in month 1.

Months 2-3 — Velocity

Volume + relationship building

50-100 personalized pitches/month. Follow-up cadence on non-responses. Editorial relationships maturing into repeat placements. Typically 4-10 confirmed placements + 2-5 brand mentions per month at this stage.

Month 4+ — Compounding

Repeat placements + earned PR

Editorial relationships now producing repeat placements without new pitch effort. HARO / Connectively monitoring for reactive PR opportunities. Original-research pitches (if scoped) producing media coverage. Velocity sustained or scaled.

FAQ

Common outreach questions.

What does a real blogger outreach service look like?

Real blogger outreach is a sustained editorial workflow, not a transaction. We curate target lists of bloggers, journalists, and editors in your vertical; research each individually before pitching; send personalized pitches (not mass-bcc); follow up on the right cadence; build genuine editorial relationships; and convert those relationships into earned placements over time. Outreach is measured by response rate + relationship quality, not by volume of emails sent. The opposite is fake outreach — mass-emailed templated pitches that produce occasional placements on low-trust sites. That's not what we do.

How is blogger outreach different from guest posts or niche edits?

Three tactics under our white-label link building program, all overlapping but with different center-of-gravity. Guest posts are transactional — one piece, one placement. Niche edits are transactional and faster — one link added to one existing article. Blogger outreach is the relationship + workflow that produces both, plus earned PR coverage that may not include a link but still moves the brand needle. Use blogger outreach when ongoing coverage matters, not just one-off links.

How many emails per month, how many placements?

We don't measure outreach in volume of emails sent. Typical mid-scope engagement: 50-100 personalized pitches per month, producing 4-10 confirmed placements + 2-5 brand mentions without links. Velocity scales with the sender reputation we've built on your behalf and the editorial relationship maturity. Volume can be higher on new campaigns but tapers as we focus on the relationships that convert.

Do you do white-label blogger outreach for agencies?

Yes — this is one of our most-requested services from US/UK/AU agencies. We sign your NDA before work begins. Reports are branded with your logo (campaign metrics, placement URLs, response rates, anchor distribution, traffic estimates). All client communication happens through you; we're invisible to your client unless you choose to disclose. Most agencies layer blogger outreach with guest posts and niche edits as a coordinated link program rather than running outreach in isolation.

What kinds of bloggers + publications do you target?

Real ones with real audiences. Examples: vertical industry blogs, established newsletters with editorial review, niche trade publications, podcast hosts (where applicable), thought-leader writers on Substack or LinkedIn. We do not target PBN networks, link-farm operators, or sites whose audience is mostly other SEOs. The standard: the blogger's readers have to be plausible buyers of your product or service for the placement to matter beyond the SEO benefit.

How much does blogger outreach cost?

Per-month retainer pricing based on outreach volume, vertical density, and target tier. Lower-tier verticals with mid-trust publication targets are the most accessible. Premium verticals (SaaS, finance, healthcare) with established publication targets are higher tier. We send a real scope + quote within 24 hours of receiving your domain, target verticals, and rough campaign size. Pricing is monthly, not per-placement, because the work is ongoing relationship-building — not transactional.

Will the placements include do-follow links to my site?

Most of the time, yes — with anchor text varied across placements to look natural. Some publications enforce a no-follow or sponsored-attribute policy regardless of how the placement was earned. We tell you upfront which target publications fall into which category. No-follow placements still carry brand-mention value (AI engines weight entity mentions independent of link attribute) but if your campaign goal is strictly do-follow link acquisition, we'll bias the target list accordingly.

Can you do digital PR / earned media as part of outreach?

Yes — digital PR is a natural extension of blogger outreach. Two flavors: (1) Reactive PR — we monitor HARO, Connectively, Qwoted, and journalist Twitter for relevant queries and pitch you as a source. (2) Proactive PR — original research from your team, data studies, or expert commentary that we pitch to journalists in your vertical. PR placements often outperform pure link-building campaigns on long-term brand impact even when they include no link at all.

What kinds of clients see the strongest results from outreach?

Three patterns: (1) B2B SaaS + service businesses with a real expert founder who can be quoted, interviewed, or featured. (2) E-commerce brands with distinctive products that justify editorial coverage (not generic dropship inventory). (3) Local service businesses in verticals with active trade publications (legal, home services, healthcare). Pure affiliate sites, thin e-commerce, and most low-differentiation SaaS struggle — not because outreach doesn't work, but because real publications won't cover them. We tell prospects upfront if outreach is the wrong tactic for their profile.

What's the minimum engagement length?

Three months minimum. Outreach is relationship work; the first month is mostly setup, target list research, and pitch foundation. Most placements land in months 2-4 once the editorial relationships mature. Engagements shorter than 3 months don't produce representative results, so we don't take them.
