Content that ranks
and gets cited.

SEO-led content marketing services for brands and agencies. In-house writers, senior editorial review, AEO-ready structure designed to rank in Google and be cited in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews. Most clients run this inside our SEO retainers; available standalone too.

Why our content ranks

Three things most content shops skip.

01

SEO + AEO research first

Every brief starts with: target keyword + intent map + competitive SERP analysis + AI citation gap analysis (what AI engines currently cite for the query, what's missing). Then we write. Not the other way round.

02

Human writers, AI assists

AI tools help with research and outlining. Final article is written and reviewed by humans. No AI-only published content. Bylines named so you know who's producing your content.

03

AEO-ready structure

Definition leads, statistic-led sentences, comparison tables, FAQ blocks with FAQPage schema. The structural patterns AI engines preferentially cite. Built into every brief.

What you get per piece

Every content piece includes:

01

Keyword + intent brief

Target keyword, secondary terms, search intent, competitor SERP analysis, AI citation gap, recommended structure.

02

Human-written long form

1,500-3,000 words for blog articles, longer for pillar pages. In-house writers with vertical expertise.

03

Senior editorial review

Every piece reviewed for accuracy, tone, structure, and AEO patterns before delivery. Not just spell-check.

04

Schema + FAQ structure

Article, FAQPage schema written into the deliverable. AEO-friendly formatting tags retained on publish.

05

Internal-linking recs

Suggested anchor text and target URLs from your existing content. Topical cluster reinforcement, not random linking.

06 · optional

Publishing + monthly tracking

We can publish directly on your CMS (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Ghost). Plus monthly tracking of rankings and AI citations earned per piece.

FAQ

Common content marketing questions.

What does your content marketing service cover?

SEO-led content production: keyword research and intent mapping, content brief writing, long-form article writing by in-house writers, senior editorial review, schema implementation, internal-linking work, and AEO-ready structure (definition leads, comparison tables, statistic-led sentences, FAQ blocks) designed to be cited by AI engines as well as ranked by Google. We don't do social-media content, video scripts, or branded podcasts — we do written content built for organic discovery.

How is this different from your SEO services?

Significant overlap. Our SEO retainers include content production as one of the five tracks (2-6 pieces/month). If you want SEO + content + technical + links + local all under one retainer, that's the right scope. This standalone content marketing service is for cases where: you already have an SEO agency or in-house SEO team handling everything else and just need content production capacity; or you need higher content velocity (8-15+ pieces/month) than a standard SEO retainer covers; or your growth thesis is content-led and SEO is downstream of that.

Who writes the content?

In-house writers + senior editorial review. We have writers who specialise across our core verticals (SaaS, B2B, legal, healthcare, home services, fintech, e-commerce). No AI-only generated content gets published — AI tools assist with research and outlining, but the published article is written and reviewed by humans. We name the writer on the byline so you know who's producing your content; we don't use ghost networks.

What kind of content do you produce?

Long-form blog articles, pillar pages, comparison and "vs" content, listicles (when genuinely useful), how-to guides, original research pieces (with your data), case studies, and FAQ-heavy support content. Typical word count: 1,500-3,000 words for blog articles, 3,000-5,000+ for pillar pages and original research. We don't produce thin 500-word content because it doesn't rank and doesn't get cited.

What's the typical content volume per month?

Inside an SEO retainer: 2-6 pieces/month is the typical scope. As a standalone content engine: 4-15 pieces/month is the typical scope, depending on velocity needs and your in-house editorial capacity. We don't push for higher volume than the strategy actually needs — "more content" without strategic clustering and intent mapping doesn't move rankings or AI citations.

Will content rank in 2026 if it's competing against AI-generated content?

Yes — arguably more than ever. AI-generated thin content flooded the SERP in 2023-24, and Google's quality signals + AI engines both responded by weighting depth, original insight, and entity-clean structure more heavily. The brands that win cite-share in AI Overviews and rank top-10 organically in 2026 are the ones publishing fewer, deeper pieces with proprietary statistics and original perspective. Volume strategies that worked in 2020 don't compound anymore.

How long until content marketing shows ROI?

Content is the slowest-compounding marketing investment we offer — and the most durable. Typical timeline: 0-3 months: indexation, supporting-term ranking movement. 3-6 months: meaningful rankings on long-tail commercial terms. 6-12 months: rankings on competitive head terms; AI citation accumulation. 12-24 months: full ROI clarity, content compounding pulls organic traffic on autopilot. Anyone promising faster on competitive content is selling theater.

Do you cover content in Hindi or other Indian languages?

Yes — for clients targeting Indian audiences specifically (Gurgaon SMBs, India-first D2C brands, ed-tech serving regional markets). English remains our primary language and the majority of our work. Hindi, regional-language, and bilingual content production is available as scoped work; tell us at the scoping stage what languages your audience reads.

How is pricing structured?

Per-piece or monthly retainer, depending on engagement type. Per-piece pricing scales with word count, complexity, and research depth (original-data pieces cost more than secondary-source articles). Monthly retainers include strategy + production capacity. Email support@maxgrowthagency.com with your domain, target topic clusters, and volume needs — we send pricing within 24 hours.
