Per active GBP location: full optimization audit (month 1), categories + services + products + attributes + Q&A maintained ongoing, 8-10 GBP posts per month, 2-4 photo/video uploads, review responses within 24-48 hours, citation footprint maintained across the top 25-50 directories for the vertical, monthly Local Falcon grid scan with PDF report, NAP consistency audit, and local AEO tracking (which AI engines cite the client vs competitors). Local landing pages and on-site work are scoped separately as needed.

Two formats, your choice: (1) Branded PDF — we generate monthly reports with your logo, your colors, your domain in the footer; you forward or rebrand the file before sending to the client. (2) Live dashboard — we build a Looker Studio dashboard on your Google account with your branding; you share view-access with the client. Either way, our name appears nowhere unless you want it to. Reports cover GBP performance (calls, direction requests, website clicks), Local Falcon grid coverage trend, citation health, review velocity, and AI citation footprint.

100%. You scope, you contract, you bill, you handle account management. We are a vendor to you, not to your client. The client doesn't know we exist unless you choose to disclose. We sign an NDA before any client work starts. We don't poach, ever — if a client of yours contacts us directly asking for work, we forward them back to you. This is a vendor relationship, not a co-pitching one.

Two options. Per-location flat retainer: a monthly fee per GBP we maintain, scoped to your vertical density and competition level. Volume tiers kick in past 5+ active locations. Two big differences worth being honest about: (1) Cost. Our agency pricing is 40-60% lower than equivalent US-based teams at the same quality level. (2) Time zone. We're based in India (Gurgaon). For US clients, we shift to US business hours for client communication; for UK/AU clients, normal overlap windows. Workplan delivery happens 24h ahead of US schedule because of the time zone. If you need an in-office US team or a senior strategist sitting next to you in New York, we're not the right fit. If you care about outcomes and want margin headroom, we are.

Often, yes. Suspension reinstatement is a documented workflow we've run dozens of times: identify the trigger (lead generator overlap, address inconsistency, ineligible business model, mass-edit pattern, prohibited content), gather the right documentation (utility bills, business license, lease, signage photos, vehicle wraps), file the reinstatement request through the correct support channel (Business Redressal Form or in-product), and follow up. Not every suspension can be reversed (some categories Google won't reinstate at all). We tell you upfront whether we think we can win it before we start work.
